Power's Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information we receive when you use the services offered by this site, including the information provided by you to use our system.

Power will add unique links to your social network pages which will allow you and your friends to conveniently access your personalized Power profile page (my.power.com/username), which contains all the value-added features and customizations you make to your Power page.

• To access Power.com, you must have a username and a password with one of the sites compatible with our system.

• Power consolidates your usernames and passwords to conveniently provide you one login for all your websites. When you log in to Power, you are automatically logged into all sites which you authorize to be connected to your Power account. Your other accounts are now unified with your Power account and you may conveniently log in to Power with any account.

• Power securely stores your usernames and passwords with the purpose of providing value-added services and features inside your social sites. At any time, you may request to delete your account and we will delete this information. We will never sell or distribute this information unless you specifically authorize us to or by a legal court order or to respond to an inquiry by a law-enforcement agency. This information is stored in an encrypted and secure database.

• Power.com does NOT share, sell or release any user information, unless by court order or to respond to an inquiry from a law-enforcement agency.

Usage

• When using Power.com, you will be surfing through compatible sites using your username and password that you normally would for these sites.

• When using the browsing tools or sending anonymous messages, Power.com will create a log that, if requested by court order or a law-enforcement agency, will be released to the legal system for use in a court proceeding or investigation.

• Messages sent anonymously may not be erased. Message sender information will be stored for 6 months.

• All settings that you save on Power.com will be saved on your computer through cookies.

• When sending messages through Power.com you may opt to share information about Power's services.

• You agree that Power may use your image for advertisement purposes. These advertisements will only be displayed to the same user whose image is being used.
